In accordance with the Fines Amendment (Parking Fines) Act 2024 and the Fines Amendment (Parking Fines) Regulation 2025, Lockhart Shire Council is required to report on parking fines issued each quarter.

Lockhart Shire Council will continue to monitor the implementation of these reforms and provide quarterly updates as required.
