Council Policies, Plans & Reports

Policies are resolutions of Council to guide management of an issue.

Many Council Policies are enforceable as law under the Local Government Act or other legislation. 

Others simply state the overarching intent of Council on an issue – they constitute a direction to the General Manager.

There are no policies currently on public exhibition for review

Submissions can be made by email to mail@lockhart.nsw.gov.au, or in writing to PO Box 21, Lockhart NSW 2656 or delivered by hand to Council’s Administration Building, 65 Green Street, Lockhart.
