Brief Description
Lockhart Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the supply and application of sprayed bituminous road seals across the Lockhart Shire Council road network.
The three-year contract will cover road resealing works and associated activities, including pavement preparation, bitumen application, aggregate supply and spreading, rolling, sweeping, traffic management and quality control.

Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029
Contract Type: Schedule of Rates
Tenderers must submit a completed Schedule of Rates and provide details of relevant experience, key personnel, plant and equipment, proposed methodology, and aggregate and binder supply arrangements.
Tenderers must identify any proposed departures or qualifications in their submission.
Council does not guarantee minimum quantities of work or expenditure over the contract period.
