Preferred Suppliers Panel – Supply of Services

Tender Number: FY2026-27:02

Lockhart Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors, tradespersons, consultants and service providers to submit tenders for inclusion on its Preferred Suppliers Panel – Supply of Services.

Council is seeking suppliers across a broad range of service categories, including civil construction and roadworks, building and trade services, electrical and plumbing services, parks and environmental services, professional consulting, and cleaning, facility maintenance and security services.

Important Information

  • The panel will operate for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to one (1) additional year at Council’s discretion.
  • Appointment to the panel does not guarantee exclusivity or a minimum volume of work.
  • Council may engage suppliers based on capability, availability, performance and value for money.
  • Panel membership may be reviewed periodically throughout the contract term.
  • Tender documents are available from Council’s website or by contacting Council’s Engineering Department.

Preferred Suppliers Panel – Hire of Plant

Tender Number: FY2026-27:01

Lockhart Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit tenders for appointment to its Preferred Suppliers Panel – Hire of Plant and Equipment.

The panel will establish a prequalified list of suppliers to provide plant and equipment hire services on an as-required basis. Council is seeking suppliers across a range of categories, including excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, tractors, slashers, reach mowers, stump grinders, cranes, tipper and gravel trucks, water carts, scrapers, and vacuum excavation and drain cleaning equipment.

Important Information

  • The panel will operate for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to one (1) additional year at Council’s discretion.
  • Appointment to the panel does not guarantee exclusivity or a minimum volume of work.
  • Council may engage suppliers based on suitability, availability, safety performance and value for money.
  • Suppliers may be added to or removed from the panel in accordance with performance and compliance outcomes.
  • Panel membership may be reviewed periodically throughout the contract term.
